Mercer Manchester is looking for a Customer Service & Online Fashion Advisor to support the growth of our online boutique.
Mercer offers a considered wardrobe for women and men who appreciate good cloth, a proper cut and clothes made to last more than one season.
As part of our team, you'll be at the heart of our online customer experience, helping make every interaction feel as personal and welcoming as a visit to a good independent shop.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and chat
- Advise customers on products, sizing and styling
- Support customers before and after their orders
- Assist with order tracking, exchanges and returns
- Help improve the online shopping experience
- Contribute to customer-facing content and styling advice
Your Profile
- You have a genuine interest in fashion and personal style
- You communicate clearly, warmly and professionally
- You are organised, reliable and detail-oriented
- Experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus
- You are comfortable working in a fast-moving digital environment
- You understand the importance of thoughtful, personal service

Do you love fashion, beautiful imagery and creating content that feels considered rather than overdone?
Mercer Manchester is looking for a Marketing & Fashion Content Assistant to help grow our online presence and bring the Mercer world to life across digital channels.
We want our content to feel the way Mercer does: quiet, well made and personal, never loud.
Your Responsibilities
- Create and assist with content for our online boutique and social media
- Write and refine product descriptions
- Help plan and source visual content
- Assist with email campaigns and broader marketing activity
- Support the planning of seasonal campaigns and launches
- Keep an eye on fashion, social and content trends
- Bring forward fresh ideas that feel right for Mercer
Your Profile
- A genuine passion for fashion and strong visual taste
- Excellent written English
- A sharp eye for detail, styling and presentation
- Confidence with social media and digital content
- Creativity, initiative and the ability to work independently
- An understanding of Mercer's understated, classic British aesthetic
